• Be 6 years or older
• Have a diagnosis of Alopecia Areata for at least 6 months
• Have greater than 20% hair loss (patchy, not thinning) for patients aged 12 years and older
• Have greater than 50% hair loss (patchy, not thinning) for patients aged 6 to 11 years old

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a diagnosis of CPUO for more than 6 months
• Have the presence of itch from an UNKNOWN ORIGIN
• Have the presence of itch affecting at least 4 of the following body areas: left lower limb, right lower limb, left upper limb, right upper limb, anterior trunk, posterior trunk.

• Have currently active cutaneous lupus lesions on 2 areas of the body despite current or historical treatment with a topical or systemic therapy
• Be currently using a standard of care therapy
