• Be 6 years or older
• Have a diagnosis of Alopecia Areata for at least 6 months
• Have greater than 20% hair loss (patchy, not thinning) for patients aged 18 years and older
• Have greater than 50% hair loss (patchy, not thinning) for patients aged 6 to 17 years old

• Have the presence of itch affecting at least 4 of the following body areas: left lower limb, right lower limb, left upper limb, right upper limb, anterior trunk, posterior trunk.

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a diagnosis of symptomatic CSU for more than 6 months
• Have the presence of itch and hives for more than 8 consecutive weeks despite current use of H1-antihistamines
• Have the presence of itch and hives for more than 8 consecutive weeks at any time despite treatment with omalizumab (Xolair) or intolerance to omalizumab (Xolair)
• Be willing to travel to our Castleton location 16 times over an 11-month period
